After an initial consultation we will determine whether we are a good fit to work with each other and what lasting value I can add to your business. Working as a flat fee based financial planner ensures we will act only in a pure fiduciary manner putting your objectives over all else. We will then gather the appropriate information needed for me to create a custom tailored financial plan to maximize your employee benefits and help reduce your tax burden. Next, we will then work with each employee enrolled in your benefits plan to establish their respective accounts at an institution of your choice that works with the cannabis industry, if you are not currently working with one we can recommend some. Once the accounts are established we will work with each individual create an individual financial plan and to determine a possible asset allocation recommendation based on their investment time frame and personal risk tolerance. Depending on the strategy best suited for your business, we will work along side you, your bookkeeper, accountant, or CFO to ensure the appropriate funds get distributed correctly so you can utilize the IRS tax breaks as designed. Included in the flat fee, we review the overall plan, and individual participants plan semi-annually for the first year. This service is offered for a flat fee of $13900 for the first 10 employees and $5000 for each additional 10 employees. If you do not currently have a bookkeeper, accountant, or CFO, we can offer recommendations those services.
